Abstract

The invention discloses a processing method and device of work lists. The method comprises steps of under the condition that a work list submitted by a first client is received, acquiring a work listsubmitting mode of the first client; according to the work list submitting mode, determining a work list reply mode for the first client; and under the condition that replay contents of the work listare received, through the work list replay mode, sending the reply contents to the first client. Thus, in this way, a user does not need to log in a work list system, and work lists can be submitted;dependency on an account system is reduced; it is convenient for a user to submit the work lists; and distribution and following processing of the work lists are facilitated.
