The fitting for the seat comprises a backrest and a fixed clamp, wherein two sides of the fixed clamp are provided with hooks; the back surface of the fixed clamp is provided with bolts for fixing the fixed clamp onto the seat; the seat is detachably connected with the fixed clamp; and different backrests can be changed in different seasons. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that installation of the fitting on the seat allows one to be more comfortably seated and one's heat to be more comfortable and relaxed; designing ofthe hooks facilitates placing of a bag carried with one; and backrests made of different materials can be replaced according to the demands of people, so the fitting is comfortable and practical.
