Abstract

The invention discloses a link data collection method oriented to network simulation, relates to the technical field of the network simulation, and implements diverse links including a virtual link ina host machine and a virtual link between cross-host machines in an OpenStack platform as well as distributed collection and storage of virtual and real interconnected links. The method comprises thesteps of constructing a basic environment of an OpenStack cloud platform; constructing a target simulational network including three links on the OpenStack platform; expressing the three links with sets; deploying an overall configuration analysis program and a collection program; selecting a link in need of being collected and configuring, and identifying a target port using the deployed overallconfiguration analysis program; performing setting of port mirroring on multiple ports located on a same computing node; and starting a data collection program and storing collected data in real time. By providing the data collection method oriented to the simulational network and storing the collected data in real time, a data support is provided for an application research of a third party.
