Abstract

The invention discloses a method used for detecting alcohol concentration of baijiu based on WO3 / FTO photoelectric material. The method comprises following steps: FTO glass is subjected to cutting, ultrapure water is added into sodium tungstate for dissolving, HCl is added into an obtained dissolved solution, continuous stirring is carried out until a yellow precipitate is generated in the dissolved solution, ammonium oxalate is added, and ultrapure water is added for stirring so as to obtain a settled solution; FTO is added into the settled solution for hydro-thermal reaction, WO3.nH2O / FTO iscollected, and is subjected to rinsing with ultrapure water so as to obtain VAP-WO3 / FTO; disodium hydrogen phosphate is mixed with a sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution so as to obtain a phosphoricbuffer, an alcohol aqueous solution is prepared, and is diluted with the phosphoric buffer so as to obtain a standard solution; a photoelectrochemistry measuring device is constructed; the phosphoricbuffer is provided with bias voltage, and alcohol photocurrent enhancement behavior is measured; single electrode repeatable performance evaluation is carried out; commercial available baijiu is collected, and is diluted with the phosphoric buffer, and the photoelectric current of the diluted baijiu is measured; after dilution with the phosphoric buffer, alcohol is added to measure adding standardexperiment results.
