Embodiment Construction

[0023] (1) The overall structure of the absorbent article

[0024] refer to Figure 1 ~ Figure 4 , the overall structure of the absorbent article 1 according to the embodiment will be described. In addition, in the following description of the drawings, the same or similar reference numerals are attached to the same or similar parts. However, the drawings are schematic diagrams, and it should be noted that ratios of dimensions and the like are different from actual ones. Therefore, specific dimensions and the like should be determined in consideration of the following description. In addition, the drawings also include parts where mutual dimensional relationships and ratios are different.

Abstract

Provided is an absorbent article that can continue to be closely fitted to the body even during movement by a wearer. The absorbent article has a first curved section (41a) and a second curved section(41b) that extend in the width direction, at the rear of an excretion orifice contact region (S1). A first region (R1) adjacent to the first curved section is provided in front of the first curved section; a second region (R2) adjacent to the second curved section is provided to the rear of the second curved section; and a first intermediate region (41) is provided positioned between the first curved section and the second curved section, in the front / rear direction (L). The basis weight of absorbent material in the first intermediate region is lower than the basis weight of absorbent material in the first and second regions. The first curved section, the second curved section, and the first intermediate region extend from a center line to beyond an intermediate point between an outside edge of the absorbent core and the center line, in the width direction. The length of the first intermediate region in the front / rear direction is 10-40 mm.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins. Background technique [0002] Absorbent articles for night use are used with the wearer lying down, and are used for a longer period of time than absorbent articles for daily use. Therefore, when an absorbent article for night use is used, back leakage tends to occur. Patent Document 1 discloses an absorbent article for night use that prevents back leakage. [0003] The absorbent article of Patent Document 1 has: an excretion section facing portion arranged to face a wearer's bodily fluid excretion portion; and a rear portion arranged on the back side of the excretion section facing portion. The absorber in the rear part is formed with a plurality of high-density parts and low-density parts extending in the width direction. In the absorbent article of Patent Document 1, when bodily fluid flows backward, the high-density portion retains the bodily fluid, and the low-density...
