According to the USB connection wire of the invention, the PP inner mold connected with the wire rod is arranged at the right end of the core wire; and the outer surface of the joint of the PP inner mold and the wire rod is provided with the SR outer mold; and the terminal, the core wire, the PP inner mold and the SR outer mold are fixed on a mechanical device through a plastic sheath which is formed by means of injection molding.
