Abstract

The multi-station automatic stamping method is characterized by comprising the following steps of (1) material feeding, specifically,to-be-stamped workpieces are placed onto feeding tables; (2) material attraction, specifically, first electromagnets on upper dies are powered on, so that the to-be-stamped workpieces are attacked into cavities of the corresponding upper dies; (3) die feeding, specifically, a rotary drum rotates slowly, and when one lower die rotates to the position under a corresponding punch, the rotary drum stops rotating; (4) stamping, specifically, a stamping cylinder drives the punch to move downwards to stamp the corresponding workpiece for the first time; (5) die-changing stamping, specifically, the rotary drum continues to rotate, and the workpiece is stamped by the punch again; (5) repeating of the step (5) till all stamping procedures of the workpiece are completed; and (7) discharging, all theelectromagnets are powered off, and the workpiece leaves the corresponding upper die to be discharged. By adoption of the multi-station automatic stamping method, manual operation for feeding and discharging between multiple stations is avoided, so that the production efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity is relieved.
