Abstract

The invention discloses a homomorphic encryption algorithm-based individual image safe retrieving method. The method comprises specific steps of 1. building a Paillier encryption system; 2. encryptingan individual image; 3. pre-treating the encrypted individual image by a server; 4. performing angle integration on the encrypted individual image; 5. extracting a wavelet moment characteristic of the encrypted individual image; 6. calculating a characteristic distance; and 7. Returning a retrieval result. According to the homomorphic encryption algorithm-based individual image safe retrieving method, the individual image is descripted comprehensively by using the image wavelet moment characteristic, the individual image characteristic is calculated less complexly, and the retrieving efficiency is improved.
