The UAV rising and landing method used for landing and rising of UAVs arranged in a queue comprises that when landing-rising instructions of the multiple UAVs are received, position information of each UAV is obtained; formation of the UAVs is realized by grouping according to the position information, and UAV groups are obtained; and the UAV groups are ordered, the UAV groups are controlled to land/rise according to the ordering sequence, the UAVs in the same group are controlled to land/rise simultaneously, and each UAV lands/rises to a corresponding position. Thus, the UAVs arranged in the queue are prevented from collision in the landing/rising stage.
