Abstract

The invention discloses a hospital associated network structure characteristic-based city medical system clustering method. The method comprises the following steps of 1, collecting behavior data about multi-sited license of a doctor; 2, according to the behavior data of the multi-sited license of the doctor, establishing a hospital-doctor bipartite network; 3, projecting the hospital-doctor bipartite network to hospital associated networks of a single vertex; 4, extracting structural characteristics of the hospital associated networks; and 5, clustering the hospital associated networks by adopting a K-means algorithm. According to the method, the hospital-doctor bipartite network is established; the bipartite network is projected to the hospital associated networks of the single vertex; the structural characteristics of the hospital associated networks are extracted; and the hospital associated networks of first-tier cities and new first-tier cities are clustered by adopting the clustering algorithm. Subsequently, a distribution condition of city hospital networks can be analyzed in combination with policies implemented by the cities, traffic conditions and the like.
