Problems solved by technology

At present, research at home and abroad is mainly focused on the degradation of PAHs by microorganisms at room temperature. However, North China, Northeast my country, and Northwest China are cold areas with long and cold winters and a freezing period of 3 to 6 months. Freezing will cause most microorganisms to dormant. The activity will be inhibited, resulting in a decrease in the ability of microorganisms to degrade PAHs, and it is difficult for microorganisms to remove PAHs in freeze-thawed soil at room temperature

Embodiment

[0033] Embodiment A method for degrading polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon pollutants in freeze-thaw soil

[0034] (1) Culture of Pseudomonas sp. SDR4

[0035] Complete medium: 5g beef extract, 10g peptone, 10g glucose, 5g yeast powder, 5g NaCl, 20g agar, 1000mL distilled water, pH 7.1-7.2, sterilized at 121°C for 20min.

[0036] Get the Pseudomonas sp. (Pseudomonassp.) SDR4 preserved on the slant culture medium with the preservation number of CGMCC NO.14048, inoculate it in the complete medium at an inoculum size of 5%, and culture it on a shaker at 15° C. for 30 minutes at 120 r / min. ~40h, until the bacterial density is 6×10 8 CFU mL -1 , to get Pseudomonas (Pseudomonas sp.) SDR4 bacteria suspension.

[0037] (2) Cultivation of Mortierella alpine JDR7

Abstract

The invention relates to a composite microbial agent for degrading polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon pollutants in frozen-thawed soil and its application. Under low temperature conditions, Pseudomonas sp. SDR4 and Mortierella alpine JDR7 synergistically degrade polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in freeze-thaw soil. The removal rates of Pyr and BaP in freeze-thaw soil are respectively 37.15% and 27.41%, providing an effective method for the degradation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in freeze-thaw soil in cold regions.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for degrading polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon pollutants in freeze-thaw soil, in particular to a method for degrading polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon pollutants in freeze-thaw soil by using a composite bacterial agent under low temperature conditions. [0002] The Pseudomonas sp. SDR4 referred to in the present invention has been preserved in the General Microorganism Center of China Microbiological Culture Collection Management Committee on April 19, 2017, and the preservation number is CGMCC NO.14048. [0003] Mortierella alpine (Mortierella alpine) JDR7 referred to in the present invention has been preserved in the General Microorganism Center of China Microbiological Culture Collection Management Committee on January 5, 2018, and the preservation number is CGMCC NO.15183. Background technique [0004] Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, PAHs) are a class of organic compounds composed...
