Abstract

The invention discloses a calendar mode-based visual task management method. The method comprises the steps of through various channels, collecting the to-be-served information of a user; logging in amanagement system and establishing working tasks; selecting proper field operators, and assigning working tasks in a management system; logging in the account numbers of the field operators by themselves through utilizing special terminals, mobile phones or tablet personal computers installed in a field operation system, and downloading the working tasks; during the task executing process of thefield operators, acquiring various types of working information, and instantly filing the working information into the field operation system; after the tasks are completed by the field operators, returning all the information filled in the field operation system back to the management system. During the working process, a large number of paper documents do not need to be carried about. Therefore,operators can go to the battle-front without any burden, so that working tasks can be conveniently done. Various data are generated during the working process, and all working tasks basically do notneed to be stored in paper files. As a result, enterprises can save a large amount of document material costs and storage costs.
