The system comprises a catalogue exchange management subsystem, a data catalogue management subsystem, a semanticdata management subsystem, and a comprehensive query subsystem. The catalogue exchange management subsystem is used to obtain and establish an adaptive template used for communication according to basic information of each service station which issues geological data. The data catalogue management subsystem is used to obtain metadata of the geological data which is issued by each service station,and establish data incidence relations among the geological data. The semantic data management subsystem is used to obtain and establish semantic incidence relations between each piece of semantic associated data and corresponding geological data. The comprehensive query subsystem is used to search according to obtained query conditions and the data incidence relations and semantic incidence relations, and obtain and return the geological data and the semantic associated data of the geological data in sequence, the geological data and the semantic associated data being matched with the query condition. The system establishes a targeted industry data one-stop retrieval service system, realizes summarizing retrieval of different sources, standards, and interface protocol data, and provides convenience for users to rapidly know the data.
