The method comprises the steps that a classification model is established, wherein the classification model includes word vector models and multiple layers of cyclic neural networks; public opinion information is acquired, wherein the public opinion information includes multiple sentences; training of the word vector models is utilized to obtain sentence vectors corresponding to the multiple sentences, and the sentence vectors corresponding to the multiple sentences are utilized to generate weight matrixes; codes corresponding to the multiple sentences respectively are acquired, and the codes of the multiple sentences are input to the multiple layers of trained cyclic neural networks; based on the codes of the multiple sentences and the weight matrixes, calculation is performed through the multiple layers of trained cyclic neural networks, and categories of the multiple sentences are output; according to the categories of the multiple sentences, the categories corresponding to the public opinion information are determined. By adopting the method, a large amount of public opinion information can be effectively classified.
