The vibrating picking device can achieve vibration in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, and comprises a comb-tooth horizontal vibration driving motor (1), a gearbox (2), a coupler (3), a shaft (4), pins (5), reciprocating blocks (6), springs (7), bearing end covers (8), comb teeth (10), sliding blocks (11), sliding rail covers (12), bearings (13), a cylinder (14), a rack (200), plate springs (204) and a vertical vibration device. According to the vibrating picking device, the technical scheme of four-layer six comb teeth is adopted, and thus the forest-fruit complete picking rate can be increased; besides, the sliding rail covers are arranged at the upper and lower ends of the cylinder respectively, each sliding rail cover is provided with six grooves and six groups of air cylinders or oil cylinders, then the fix sliding blocks can stretch and retract front and back, and thus the comb teeth can stretch and retract front and back.
