The gas mixing device comprises a pair of pressure regulating valves, wherein an inlet of one pressure regulating valve is communicated with a correspondinggas tank through a cut-off valve, and an outlet of the pressure regulating valve is communicated with a first gas inlet pipe of a tank body of a gas mixing tank through a proportional valve; an outlet of the other pressure regulating valve is communicated with a second gas inlet pipe of the tank body through a flow valve; a cut-off valve is arranged on the gas outlet end of a gas outlet pipe of the tank body; a pressure sensor is arranged on the tank body; a flow blocking cover and a wind wheel are arranged in the tank body; the flow blocking cover is fixedly arranged on the gas outlet end ofthe second gas inlet pipe; the flow blocking cover is provided with a plurality of gas holes; the wind wheel is pivoted on the outer end of the flow blocking cover; and gases flowing in through the first gas inlet pipe can drive the wind wheel to rotate so as to mix two gases.
