For solving a safety problem of the conference document, the invention provides a conference document processing method based on a private cloud. The method comprises a document encrypting uploading step and a document downloading decrypting step. The method provided by the invention has the advantage as follows: for guaranteeing that the document can be uploaded, downloaded and used at the specific location, a smell generator is arranged at a specific location and an electronic nose is integrated on a terminal using the document so as to acquire the related smell. Through the smell at the specific location, the document is encrypted and decrypted by adopting the smell, thereby ensuring that the document can be uploaded, downloaded and used at the specific location, and the confidentialityis effectively improved.
