Abstract

The invention discloses a rapid nondestructive detection system and method for the freshness of eggs and relates to the technical field of nondestructive detection of agricultural products. The rapidnondestructive detection method comprises the following steps: controlling a camera lens module to acquire an images of an egg to be detected by utilizing a single chip microcomputer, and carrying outimage processing analysis to obtain long-axis and short-axis data of the egg; calculating initial mass and volume of the egg through a corresponding mathematical model; meanwhile, measuring current egg weight of the egg through a weighing sensor; finally, importing initial density and current density of the egg into a formula and calculating to obtain the density loss rate of the egg. According to the rapid nondestructive detection system and method, disclosed by the invention, a multi-sensor fusion technology is utilized and rapid nondestructive detection of the freshness of the eggs can befinished; a plurality of models are used for calculating gradually; the models have good linearity and the detection accuracy is high; based on an embedded type system, the high-reliability, extendable and easy-to-upgrade system is simple in structure and low in cost and can be widely applied; the system is small in volume and is easy to carry, is applicable to multiple scenes and is easy to popularize.
