Abstract

The invention discloses application of composite amino acid in preparing a medicine for treating oligoasthenozoospermia. The composite amino acid comprises the following main medicine components: leucine, isoleucine, lysine hydrochloride, phenylalanine, threonine and the like. Test results show that (1) the composite amino acid has a remarkable protection function on dyszoospermia caused by GTW (Multiglycosides of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.f.), oligoasthenozoospermia caused by GTW can be alleviated, morphological changes of testis and epididymis can be reduced, and spermatogenic cell apoptosis can be inhibited; (2) testis functions of rats suffering from oligoasthenozoospermia caused by GTW can be remarkably improved, a normal reproduction hormone level can be maintained, and normal functions of hypothalamus-hypophysis-testis gonad axes can be protected; (3) an energy metabolism level of a reproductive system of a rat suffering from oligoasthenozoospermia caused by GTW can be remarkably increased, energy metabolism of sperms can be improved, and sperm quality can be improved; (4) antioxidation levels of testis and epididymis can be increased, and sperm quality can be improved; the composite amino acid can be used as an active component to prepare medicines for treating oligoasthenozoospermia.
