The antibacterial substance which is produced from the bacillus amyloliquefaciens fmb-50 through fermentation can be industrially produced in a large scale; the production period is short and production cost is greatly reduced; when used in the prawn feeds, the antibacterial substance can reduce the mortality rate, improve the utilization ratio of the prawn feeds, promote the nonspecific immunoreaction of prawns and enhance the energy metabolism level.

Each two zones are separated by a stainless steel plate and the stainless steel plates are communicated at intervals from top to bottom. The bottom of the anaerobic tank is provided with a water inlet. The top of the sedimentation tank is provided with a water outlet. An aeration head is arranged in the aerobic tank and is connected to an air pump. A guide plate and a mud guard are arranged in the secondary sedimentation tank. A sludge outlet of the secondary sedimentation tank is connected to a sludge flowing direction inlet of the aerobic tank by a sludge reflux pump.
