The invention discloses nitrogen-doped carbon aerogel and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the nitrogen-doped carbon aerogel comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a trihydroxy pyridine solution, adding resorcinol, adding a formaldehyde solution after the solution is clear, and adding potassium carbonate while stirring; (2) leaving the mixture to stand to form aerogel; (3) performing solvent exchange on the aerogel by using acetone, so as to obtain trihydroxy pyridine-resorcinol-formaldehyde gel; (4) putting the trihydroxy pyridine-resorcinol-formaldehyde gel into a supercritical carbon dioxide extraction instrument, and carrying out carbon dioxide supercritical drying, so as to obtain xerogel; (5) putting the xerogel into a temperature programmed control carbonization furnace, and sintering and carburizing under the inert gas protection, so as to obtain the nitrogen-doped carbon aerogel. The preparation method has the advantages that loss of nitrogen content during the carbonization process is avoided, and the nitrogen content is easier to control as compared with the nitrogen content in the traditional doping manner in which melamine (most of which is decomposed) is adopted as a nitrogen source; the prepared nitrogen-doped carbon aerogel can be applied to the fields of supercapacitors, nonmetallic electrocatalysts, lithium ion batteries, fuel cells, lithium-sulfur batteries, and the like.

The invention discloses a preparation method of an alumina thin film in the field of a thin film transistor. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: preparing aluminium precursor solution, i.e., dissolving a precursor material containing aluminium metal ions and a stabilizer in solution and sufficiently stirring to sufficiently dissolve the precursor material and the stabilizer to obtain the precursor solution; and preparing the alumina thin film, i.e., coating the prepared reaction solution on a coating surface to form a film and carrying out heat treatment program to obtain the alumina thin film. The invention also relates to the alumina thin film prepared by the preparation method and application of the alumina thin film in the transistor. The application comprises the thin film transistor of the alumina thin film and a preparation method of the thin film transistor. According to the preparation method of the alumina thin film, which is disclosed by the invention, by adding a right amount of stabilizer for stabilizing an alumina precursor material, a metal organic complex is formed by the precursor material of aluminium through the coordination dissolution reaction; the complex can be well dissolved in the solution and has low thermal decomposition temperature; and the heat treatment temperature in the preparing process is reduced.

The composition is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass of 0.05 to 20% of polysaccharide moisturizing composition, 0.01%-20% of an oil control composition, 0.5%-20% of an emollient, 0.05%-10% of an emulsion stabilizer, 0.1 to 3.0% of preservative and the balance of auxiliary materials and water. The key technology of the polysaccharide-containing moisturizing and oil controlling composition is that moisturizing and oil controlling areconducted at the same time, the normal skin barrier function is restored, and the polysaccharide moisturizing composition has a good moisturizing effect; the oil control composition efficiently inhibits the activity of 5 alpha-reductase and efficiently inhibits grease and metabolites secreted by sebaceous glands, hair follicles and sweat glands of facial skin, the oil control composition not onlyinhibits the activity of the 5 alpha-reductase, but also shrinks the pore diameter and reduces the channel for grease to be secreted out of epidermis, and the oil control effect is synergistically enhanced through a physical method; and the cosmetic prepared by the invention has relatively low irritation and allergy.

The invention discloses a polyester polycondensation catalyst, a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps that: 1) a titanium-containing compound is hydrolyzed in water and/or an alcoholic solution to obtain a TiO2 sol, a silicon-containing compound is hydrolyzed in the water and/or the alcoholic solution to obtain a SiO2 sol, and the two sols are mixed evenly to obtain a TiO2/SiO2 sol; and 2) the TiO2/SiO2 sol and a nitrogen-containing or phosphorus-containing compound react to obtain a target product. The method for preparing the polyester polycondensation catalyst has simple and convenient process, is easy to operate, regulates and controls the activity of a catalytic center Ti through the coordination effect of the nitrogen-containing or phosphorus-containing compound with high thermal stability, remarkably reduces the using amount of the Ti, and fully inhibits the catalysis effect of the catalyst on a condensation side reaction and the thermal degradation of polyester. The catalyst does not need to add a toner during the use, has high catalytic efficiency, and can be used for catalyzing the polymerization of aromatic and aliphatic polyesters; and the using amount of the catalyst is greatly reduced and is about 0.0003 to 0.05 percent of the theoretical yield of the polyesters.
