The nano targeting antioxidant provided by the invention can obviously inhibit the increase of glucose tolerance of diabetic mice, inhibit the increase of gluconeogenesis ability of the diabetic mice, and prevent the occurrence and development of diabetes mellitus by up-regulating expression of liver antioxidant protein, increasing mitochondrial generation of mice liver and improving mitochondrial energy metabolism function.
