The method comprises the following steps that: analyzing differences between urban water supply professional pipeline spatial data and integrated pipeline spatial data, and carrying out data preprocessing on the pipeline data; giving consideration to water supply pipeline network Stroke characteristics and water supply pipeline network structural characteristics to generate a water supply pipeline network skeleton line; selecting a characteristic factor, matching two categories of pipeline skeleton lines, and according to a skeleton line matching result, generating a water supply pipeline network key structural point matching result; and selecting a similarity factor, calculating a pipeline point matching similarity result, manually setting a threshold value to generate a pipeline point matching result set, and on the basis of pipeline point matching results, finally finishing pipeline matching.
