The method comprises the following steps: a beam of pump light enters a first resonant cavity to form first detection laser; the other beam of pump light enters a second resonant cavity to form second detection laser, the first detection laser and the seconddetection laser are directly transmitted into a sample tank (22); the first detection laser and the second detection laser are reflected for many times in the sample tank (22), are sent out of a light exiting opening (23) of the sample tank (22) and are converged to a detector (25) by an adjustable convergent lens (24); received optical signals are converted into electric signals by the detector(25) to be transmitted to a data acquisition card (26), a computer (27) can read data from the data acquisition card (26), and an accurate gas concentration value N can be obtained through analysis and calculation.
