Abstract

The invention provides a method for studying on uptake and transport mechanisms of nine active ingredients of Inula cappa extract in a Caco-2 cell model. The method comprises the following steps: comparing spectrums of a control group cell liquid, a cell absorption sample, and Inula cappa active portion sample by adopting an ultra-high pressure liquid chromatography tandem high resolution mass spectrometer (UHPLC-Q-TOF MS / MS) and determining main ingredients which can enter the cells to be absorbed; then, establishing an uptake and transport model by using the Caco-2 cells; investigating the effects of drug concentration, pH, temperature, and P-gp inhibitor on the uptake and transport of the nine active ingredients of Inula cappa in the cell model; and then determining the uptake and transport mechanisms of the nine active ingredients of Inula cappa in the Caco-2 cell model.
