Abstract

The invention provides a method and an apparatus for monitoring, notifying and refreshing, a computer device and a storage medium, wherein the monitoring method is adapted to listen for changes in cached data in a plurality of cluster node devices deployed in a cluster mode. Each of the cluster node devices registers subscription information subscribing to a change of cached data in a certain cluster node device in the change management device. The method includes: monitoring whether the first cached data in the first cluster node device changes; when the change of the first cache data is detected, reporting the related information of the change of the first cache data to the change management device by the change management device, so that the change management device pushes the related information of the change of the first cache data to the second cluster node device.
