The food composition provided by the invention is a scientifically and reasonably combined new resource health-care conditioning foodemploying materials used as both medicine and food, and is used for preventing and treating habitual constipation and senile constipation. The food composition provided by the invention can synergistically exert effects through the scientific compatibility of the above-mentioned raw materials, and can well prevent constipation. The preparation method of the food composition provided by the invention has the advantages of simple process, convenient carrying of the prepared food and low cost.
