Abstract

The invention discloses an intelligent networking traffic safety system and method. The intelligent networking traffic safety system and method are used for improving the operation and control safetyof an intelligent networking vehicle and providing detailed personalized information and a real-time control instruction for a traffic entity in the intelligent networking traffic system so as to enhance the safety on microscopic, middle and macroscopic levels. The traffic entity includes a motor vehicle, a non-motor vehicle and a pedestrian; and the intelligent networking traffic safety system includes one or more constituent parts of the followings: a roadside unit network; a traffic control unit network and a traffic control central network; a vehicle-mounted unit and a vehicle interface; atraffic operation center; and a cloud platform of an information and computational device. According to the intelligent networking traffic safety system and method provided by the invention, active,reactive and passive safety measures are provided for the motor vehicle, the non-motor vehicle and the pedestrian on the microscopic, middle and macroscopic levels.
