[0032] 1.1 n-B 18 h 22 Synthesis

[0033] The n-B used in the present invention 18 h 22 by B 10 h 14 Synthetic. Specific steps are as follows:

[0034] (1) In a 50mL round bottom flask, add 2.0g B 10 h 14 , 5mL of anhydrous benzene and 6mL of diethyl sulfide, reflux in a nitrogen atmosphere until no gas is generated during the reaction. The solution was cooled to room temperature, and the product crystallized during the addition of ether and n-pentane. The crystals were filtered and washed well with ether to obtain white crystals [(C 2 h 5 ) 2 S] 2 B 10 h 12 .

[0035] (2) Weigh 204.50 g of the product of step (1), add 18 mL of methanol, and reflux for 1 h in a nitrogen atmosphere. By distillation under reduced pressure, a white solid was obtained. Adding diethyl ether and n-pentane for recrystallization gave white crystals (C 2 h5 ) 2 SB 9 h 13 .

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of chemical analysis, in particular to a method for measuring critical micelle concentration of a surface activity substance by a fluorescent probe method. The method uses n-B18H22 as a fluorescent probe substance, and it is found out that the fluorescence of the n-B18H22 can be improved by an anionic surfactant SDS. Under an optimal condition, fluorescent intensity and SDS concentration are respectively segmented within ranges of (0-8.2)*10<-3>mol / L and 8.2*10<-3>mol / L to 3.27*10<-2>mol / L, the surfactant concentration corresponding to an inflectionpoint of a curve is the critical micelle concentration (CMC), and therefore, a simple fluorescent method for measuring the CMC is built. A result shows that the CMC measured by the method conforms toa reported value, and the practicability and the accuracy of the method are declared.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of chemical analysis, in particular to a n-B 18 h 22 A method for determining the critical micelle concentration of SDS. Background technique [0002] Critical micelle concentration (Critical Micelle Concentration, CMC) is an important parameter of surfactants. Since some physical and chemical properties of surfactants will change suddenly before and after the formation of micelles, it can be measured that the physical properties of the solution change with the concentration of surfactants. The changing turning point is used to measure CMC. The commonly used methods include capillary electrophoresis, surface tension method, conductivity method, fluorescent probe method, light scattering method, calorimetry, spectrophotometry, ion selective electrode method, polarography and so on. Fluorescence spectroscopy is fast and easy to operate, and has been applied to the determination of CMC. However, the existing ...
