The automatic guide device for the special pipeline comprises a support seat (1), a support frame (2), a rapidly-detaching pipe clamp (3), a rubber wheel (4), a planetary gear (5), a shaft sleeve (6), a retainer ring (7), a deep groove ball bearing (8), a bearing cover (9), a countersunk screw (10), a gasket (11), a main shaft (12) and a nut (13), wherein the upper end of the support frame (2) sleeves into the support seat (1); the main shaft (12) sequentially penetrates through the planetary gear (5), a U-shaped grooveand the rubber wheel (4); and the planetary gear (5) is rotationally connected with the main shaft (12), and the corner end part of the planetary gear (5) forms large arc transition.
