Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses an information transmission method and apparatus. A specific implementation manner of the method comprises the following steps: receiving, by a proxy device,information sent by a client device, wherein the information sent by the client device is information defined in a QUIC protocol; and executing a verification operation corresponding to verification association information in the information sent by the client to obtain a verification result corresponding to the verification association information, and executing an operation associated with the verification result. The proxy device receives information to be sent by the client device to a server device, performs corresponding verification associated with the DDoS attack in each phase of QUICprotocol communication of the client device and the server device, detects an illegal QUIC handshake message, an illegal encryption packet and other illegal QUIC messages, ensures that only the legalQUIC messages are sent to the server device for processing and that the illegal QUIC messages are not sent to the server device, thereby defending the DDoS attack.
