Embodiment Construction

[0111] figure 1 A sending device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. figure 1 The transmitting device 100 in the embodiment comprises a processor 102 coupled to a transmitter 104 through a communication means 108 . The transmitter 104 is also coupled to an antenna 106 configured for wireless communication in a wireless communication system.

[0112] According to the invention, the processor 102 is configured to obtain a first sequence of bits B1 comprising first control information C1 addressed to at least one receiving device 300 and a second sequence of bits B2, said first sequence of bits B1 comprising The two-bit sequence B2 comprises first data information D1 addressed for said at least one receiving device 300 . The processor 102 is configured to superimpose the first bit sequence B1 and the second bit sequence B2 into a first overlapping symbol sequence S1. The transmitter 104 is configured to send the first superimposed symbol sequence ...

Abstract

For 5G, NOMA is usually proposed as a superposition coding of PDSCH of a pair of UEs. Superposition coding is here proposed for PDSCH and PDCCH dedicated to a unique user. Advantages are: control anddata for one user may be transmitted in parallel in the same TTI for reduced latency. Since PDCCH and PDSCH occupy the same resource, the PDCCH fields indicating resource block allocation could be removed as well as MCS field for data. The PDCCH occupies the 2 Most Significant Bits (MSB) of the constellation (16QAM) while the the PDSCH occupies the 2 LSBs of the constellation.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a sending device and a receiving device. Furthermore, the invention relates to a corresponding method, computer program and computer program product. Background technique [0002] In long term evolution (LTE) and most wireless systems, data transmission and control transmission are designed to borrow different dedicated physical channels. These transports are designed independently and optimized individually. Data and control channels are sent orthogonal to each other to ensure reception of control information and decoding of data with reasonable error rates. Two different types of control channels coexist in the current LTE standard and are referred to as physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) and enhanced physical downlink control channel (ePDCCH). [0003] In the case of PDCCH transmission, the data is always sent (scheduled) after the transmission of the corresponding control channel information. In LTE, at t...
