The molten iron hot charging device comprises a molten iron ladle fixing seat, a diversion device, and a driving device, wherein the molten iron ladle fixing seat is used for fixing a molten iron ladle; the diversion device is provided with an inlet and an outlet, the inlet is used for receiving molten iron pouring out of the molten iron ladle, and the outlet is located above a slag outlet of an electric furnace; and the driving device is used for driving the molten iron ladle fixing seat to pour in the direction of the diversion device. According to the molten iron hot charging device, when the molten iron is added to the electric furnace, the outlet of the diversion device is located above the slag outlet of the electric furnace,then the driving device is started, the molten iron ladle fixing seat is made to pour in the direction of the diversion device, and thus the molten iron in the molten iron ladle flows into the diversion device. Compared with the prior art, according to the molten iron hot charging device, when the molten iron is added into the electric furnace, a furnace cover of the electric furnace is not required to be opened, the molten iron ladle is made to directly pour the molten iron to the slag outlet, operation is easy, the consumed time is short, thus the efficiency of iron adding is improved, andmeanwhile, the heat loss of the molten iron is reduced.
