The invention provides a ward round checking method, a device, a server and a medium based on biological identification. The method can comprise the following steps: according to in-hospital information of a target patient, determining ward round planning information of the target patient; within a target ward round time period contained in the ward round planning information, while receiving identity information of a ward round nurse sent by a target terminal, judging whether an area in which the target terminal is located is within a preset area range corresponding to a ward of the target patient, enabling the identity information of the ward round nurse to be matched with identity information of an on-duty nurse, to obtain a matching result; and according to the matching result, generating a ward round checking result of the on-duty nurse. The method can be used for guaranteeing authenticity and validity of ward round checking to the on-duty nurse.
