Problems solved by technology

[0002] Loofah is widely cultivated in my country. It is a common vegetable in summer. It contains protein, vitamins and other nutrients, as well as medicinal and cosmetic effects. The seed shell of loofah is dense and hard. The germination of loofah seeds is limited, so that the germination rate of loofah live broadcast is low, so inventing a method to promote the germination and seedling growth of loofah seeds will definitely increase the germination rate of loofah and effectively improve the efficiency of loofah planting

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for promoting the germination and seedling formation of seeds of Luffa cylindrica. The method comprises the steps: destroying the enamel matter of the outermost layersof Luffa cylindrica seed shells firstly by using sodium dihydrogen phosphate, placing the obtained seeds at a low temperature of 4 DEG C for 5 h, then performing immersion in a seed soaking agent at55 DEG C for 100 min, performing airing until a humidity of about 20%, and finally putting the obtained seeds into an incubator of 30 DEG C for germination, wherein the seed soaking agent is a mixtureobtained through mixing of gibberellin, ketone of lithospermum erythrorhizon, resveratrol, borax, water and other substances. When the treated Luffa cylindrica seeds are compared with untreated Luffacylindrica seeds, the germination time of the treated Luffa cylindrica seeds is shortened greatly, the germination rate of Luffa cylindrica seeds can be improved greatly, and Luffa cylindrica seedlings obtained after seedlings emerge have growth consistency, a strong growth trend and roots with strong growth and elongation abilities, so that the ability of nutrient absorption of the seedlings ispromoted effectively; and the overground parts of the seedlings have a better trend than seedlings of untreated Luffa cylindrica seeds, and disease resistance and drought resistance of the seedlings are stronger, and pathogens and viruses can be resisted effectively.
