Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of sustained release adhesive preparation, and specifically relates to a 1-methylcyclopropylene sustained release adhesive and a preparation method and applications thereof. The sustained release adhesive comprises following raw materials: 1-mehtylcyclopropylene, an auxiliary material, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, an adhesive, a slip agent, and water. Due to the 1-methylcyclopropylene wrapped by a polymer with a net structure, the adhesive, and the slip agent, a dual sustained release effect is realized, the sustained release time is long, and the fresh keeping effect can last 15 to 20 days. The preparation technology of the sustained release adhesive is simple, the cost is low, and the raw materials are green, nontoxic, and environmentally friendly. When the adhesive is applied to fresh keeping of vegetables and fruits, the using method is very simple, the adhesive is painted on the inner surface of a packing case to keep the freshness of fruits and vegetables, no effective space is occupied, and labor is saved. After use, fruits and vegetables are soaked and washed by warm water to rapidly remove the adhesive.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of slow-release adhesives, in particular to a 1-methylcyclopropene slow-release adhesive and its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] 1-Methylcyclopropene is a good ethylene receptor inhibitor, which can combine with ethylene receptors to prolong the ripening and senescence cycle of fresh fruits and vegetables to achieve the effect of freshness preservation. However, since 1-methylcyclopropene is a solid below 10 °C, its application is limited. Currently, the methods of use on the market include microencapsulation of 1-methylcyclopropene, or direct use. Among them, the microencapsulation preparation process of 1-methylcyclopropene is complicated, and a small space needs to be set in the packaging box to place 1-methylcyclopropene microcapsules during use, which increases the workload and cost; and direct use will reduce the 1-methylcyclopropene. The use efficienc...
