An embodiment of the invention discloses an emergency rescue method and related equipment. The emergency rescue method can be applied to wearable equipment, and comprises the steps of: acquiring operation information of a control component; identifying the operation information, determining the operation information to be a preset operation if the operation information conforms to a preset condition, and acquiring duration of the preset operation; and judging whether the duration is greater than a time threshold value, and if so, transmitting an emergency rescue instruction to communication equipment by means of connection, wherein the emergency rescue instruction is used for instructing the communication equipment to initiate an emergency rescue program. The emergency rescue method and the related equipment provided by the invention have the advantage of high success rate of transmitting an emergency rescue signal under a non-perception situation.
