The method includes: identifying user intention in a user speech; obtaining playing progress information of acurrently played multimedia resource if the user intention includes a time requirement; and obtaining interaction information, which corresponds to the user intention, according to the playing progress information of the currently played multimedia resource and the user intention. The device includes: an identification module, which is used for identifying the user intention in the user speech; afirst requirement obtaining module, which is used for obtaining the playing progress information of the currently played multimedia resource if the user intention includes the time requirement; and afirst processing module, which is used for obtaining the interaction information, which corresponds to the user intention, according to the playing progress information of the currently played multimedia resource and the user intention.
