The high-suspended-solid wastewater is uniformly distributed on the wetland substrate through the water inlet pipe and the water distribution pipe, and suspended solids in the wastewater are intercepted, so that a pollutant load in the subsequent treatment process is fully reduced. The pretreated wastewater is collected into a subsequent treatment facility through the water collection pipe at the bottom of the substrate, and the subsequent treatment facility can be an artificial wetland or a conventional biochemical treatment facility.
