The invention discloses an outdoor awning which comprises side frames, a front clamping strip, a rear clamping strip and a sun shield, wherein at least two side frames are arranged; each side frame isprovided with a mounting part perpendicularly attached to a wall and an extension part arranged at the mounting part; bent parts are arranged at both front and rear ends of the extension parts; the bent parts and the front ends of the extension parts form first clamping grooves; the bent parts and the rear ends of the extension parts form second clamping grooves; the front clamping strip is transversely erected at the front ends of the side frames; the front clamping strip comprises a front embedded tail end embedded into the first clamping grooves and a front embedded bayonet arranged at thefront embedded tail end; the rear clamping strip is transversely erected at the rear ends of the side frames; the rear clamping strip comprises a rear embedded tail end embedded into the second clamping grooves and a rear embedded bayonet arranged at the rear embedded tail end; the sun shield is covered at the top ends of the side frames; the sun shield is of an arc plate shape; the front end ofthe sun shield is embedded into the front embedded bayonet; and the rear end of the sun shield is embedded into the rear embedded bayonet.
