Problems solved by technology

[0011] According to literature research, there is currently no research report on the direct analysis of volatile components in Ai Naxiang by using static headspace. The present invention is based on static headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to determine the volatile components in Ai Naxiang. The analysis method is fast and efficient. Simple and accurate, it can provide a reference for the screening of the quality of Aina japonica leaves

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of medicinal material chemical component analysis, and particularly relates to a method for analyzing volatile components in blumea balsamifera. Accordingto the method, blumea balsamifera powder is taken as a material; a static headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method is adopted to analyze volatile components of the blumea balsamifera powder; after data processing is carried out through a chemical work station and an area normalization method, a percentage composition of each component is calculated from a total ion current chromatogram map; and qualitative analysis is carried out via NIST library searching according to a mass spectrum of each peak. According to the method, the static headspace-gas chromatography-mass spectrometrymethod is firstly adopted to analyze the volatile components in the blumea balsamifera, so that the deficiencies of past operation of carrying out analysis after extracting volatile oil through a solvent extraction method and a water vapor distillation method, and the constitution of volatile components in the blumea balsamifera samples can be reflected more really. Meanwhile, the method is smallin sample demand amount, does not use solvents, is environment-friendly, and can provide reliable basis for screening of medicine quality.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical component analysis of medicinal materials, and in particular relates to a method for analyzing volatile components in Aina incense. Background technique [0002] Ainaxiang (Blumea balsamifera (L.) DC.) is a plant of the genus Ainaxiang in the family Asteraceae. It has aliases such as Dafeng Artemisia, Cow Ear Artemisia, Big Maple Artemisia, and Borneol Artemisia among the people. It can be used as a Chinese herbal medicine or spice. Belonging to perennial herbaceous plant or shrub-like plant, its stem is thick and erect, the plant is erect, about 1-3 meters high, and the whole plant is covered with silvery white fluff. At present, Ainaxiang is one of the top ten Miao medicines in Guizhou Province, which is included in the "Quality Standards for Traditional Chinese and Ethnic Medicinal Materials in Guizhou Province". The moxa tablets extracted and processed from the leaves and twigs of Aina were ...
