The split box girder wind vibration inhibiting intelligent adjustable grating structure comprises four retractable grating modules arranged on a split box girder and a three-dimensional ultrasonic anemometer; every retractable grating module comprises an electric wheel, a first vertical rod, a second vertical rod and a retractable grid which are arranged on the surface of the split box girder, the electric wheel is connected with the three-dimensional ultrasonic anemometer and used for moving horizontally on the split box girder according to the wind speed and direction detected by the three-dimensional ultrasonic anemometer, and the retractable grid can be driven by the electric wheel to extend towards the center of a central slot and cover the central slot to adjust the porosity of the central slot.
