Abstract

The invention relates to an optimized irradiation method, and a processing system. The optimized irradiation method comprises following steps: firstly, a weight acquisition module and a three dimensional image acquisition module are adopted for respective acquisition of the weight and three dimensional image information of objects for irradiation, and the irradiation depth and average density of the objects for irradiation are estimated; then an image information acquisition module is adopted for acquisition of image information of the objects for irradiation; an intelligent sorting module isadopted for sorting of the objects for irradiation based on the average density, the irradiation depth, and the image information; and at last, an irradiation module is adopted for irradiation of theobjects for irradiation using appropriate irradiation devices and irradiation parameters. The optimized irradiation method and the processing system are capable of realizing full utilization of the irradiation dose of the irradiation device with ensured irradiation effect of the objected for irradiation, and increasing irradiation processing efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of irradiation processing, and in particular relates to an optimized irradiation method and a processing system. Background technique [0002] With the continuous development of industrial irradiation devices, it has become a common technology to use irradiation devices to disinfect, sterilize, kill insects, keep fresh and modify medical and health care products, pharmaceuticals and biological products, food, agricultural and sideline products, and chemical products. Means, at present, commonly used irradiation devices mainly include electron accelerator irradiation devices with an energy of 10 MeV, X-ray irradiation devices with an energy lower than 5 MeV, and gamma-ray irradiation devices. [0003] The electron accelerator irradiation device with an energy of 10 MeV is currently the highest energy civilian electron accelerator approved by the state for radiation processing. 10MeV electron beam is a typica...
