The method comprises the steps that whether early warning information corresponding to a first preset time period existsor not is judged, and if the circling event is not triggered, the early warning information is generated for prompting; if the early warning information exists, whether the circling event is triggeredwithin a second preset time period is judged, and the second preset time period is later than the first preset time period; and if the circling event is not triggered within the second preset time period, an early warning report corresponding to the circling event is output. The method is used for carrying out early warning on the circling event.
