Abstract

The invention discloses a rapid detection method of mycobacterium marinum nucleic acid and a kit thereof. The detection method comprises the following steps: collecting purulent secretion of a suspected mycobacterium marinum infected person; extracting DNA nucleic acid in secretion; designing primers and probes; preparing a mycobacterium marinum nucleic acid detection reagent; taking DNA nucleic acid of focus secretion as an amplification template, and carrying out constant-temperature amplification; and after the constant-temperature amplification is finished, qualitatively judging a result by using a disposable nucleic acid detection device. According to the rapid detection method, mycobacteria do not need to be separated and cultured, and the mycobacterium marinum nucleic acid is directly detected from focus secretion, and the method has the advantages of short time consumption and simplicity and convenience in operation. By the primers and probes which are designed by a unique method, detection sensitivity is high, and the specificity is good. The preferable and optimal working concentration range of the primers and probes is selected through experiments, so that the sensitivity and specificity of detection of the kit are further improved.
