Abstract

The invention discloses a device for correcting varus and valgus deformity of elbow joints. The device comprises a shoulder fixing cover, forearm ring belts and elastic correcting belts; the shoulderfixing cover is worn on the shoulders of a patient, the forearm ring belts tightly cover the thin parts of the forearms of the patient, the elastic correcting belts are attached to the outer sides ofthe to-be-corrected varus elbow joints of the patient or the inner sides of the to-be-corrected valgus elbow joints of the patient, the upper ends of the elastic correcting belts are connected with the shoulder fixing cover, and the lower ends of the elastic correcting belts are connected with the forearm ring belts. According to the device, the elastic correcting belts arranged at the lateral parts of the elbow joints are utilized for providing correcting force, the device can be used separately and used in cooperation with elastic clothing, and in this way, the lasting correcting force whichis large enough can be provided for the valgus or varus elbow joints. Compared with traditional correcting devices, the device is convenient to use, the patient can quickly obtain a good correcting effect without making strenuous efforts, and the device is suitable for being used by various patients with valgus or varus elbow joints.
