[0037] The present invention includes the provision and use of a novel TENS device comprising: a stimulator designed to be placed on the user's upper calf (or other anatomical location); and a preconfigured electrode array designed to Electrical stimulation is provided to at least one nerve disposed in the user's upper calf (or other anatomical location).
