The invention provides a plug-in graph management method and equipment, relates to the technical field of information. The method can improve the efficiency of modifying an existing graph or adding a new graph. According to the specific technical scheme, the method comprises the steps of obtaining graphic data, wherein the graphic data comprises an installation package of a graphic plug-in and description information of plug-in graphic attributes; determining whether the description information is matched with a preset plug-in attribute template or not through a plug-in registration service, the plug-in attribute template comprising K graphic attributes, and K being larger than or equal to 1; and if so, verifying N items in the K graphic attributes through a simulation running program of the plug-in registration service, N being greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to K, and finishing registration of the graphic plug-in by utilizing the installation package when the verification is passed. The method is used to modify an existing graph of a data visualization platform or add a new graph to the data visualization platform.
