Problems solved by technology

Although this application uses waste molasses as a carbon source, there are the following problems: it has not been commercialized; the organic matter in the waste molasses has not been transformed to improve the effective utilization of carbon sources
[0006] Therefore, there are still the following technical gaps in the preparation of carbon sources from sugar-containing waste liquid: 1) the waste is not transformed to increase the content of high-efficiency carbon source components to increase the efficiency of carbon sources; 2) the commercialization of products has not been achieved

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing a carbon source for biological denitrification by utilizing sugary waste liquid. The method provided by the invention comprises three steps of preparation of a biological carrier, fixation of saccharomyces cerevisiae and preparation of the carbon source for biological denitrification; the biological carrier adopted by the method is orange peel, and abundant nutritious substances of the orange peel enable the saccharomyces cerevisiae fixed thereon to be propagated when carbohydrate is fermented, thereby increasing the fermentation speed; the conversion rate of sugar is high; in addition, the orange peel is degraded in a fermentation process, thereby increasing the quantity of fermentation products; by utilizing the saccharomyces cerevisiae to ferment sugaring waste, the carbohydrate in the waste is converted into low-molecule alcohol and organic acid; compared with a way of directly using the sugaring waste as the denitrification carbon source, the effective component content is high, and the problems of few effective substances, more foam and the like occuring when the carbohydrate is directly used as the carbon source can be avoided; according to the method, high-valued application of the sugaring waste and the orange peel can be achieved, and the conversion of the carbohydrate to the low-molecule alcohol and organic acid during storage and transportation of a product is realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of comprehensive utilization of solid waste and biological treatment of wastewater, and in particular relates to a method for preparing a carbon source for biological denitrification by utilizing sugar-containing waste liquid. Background technique [0002] The discharge of urban domestic sewage and industrial wastewater and eutrophication substances have increased, resulting in increasingly serious eutrophication of lakes and reservoirs. Nitrogen and phosphorus substances are limiting factors for the growth and reproduction of planktonic algae in water bodies. Therefore, the state has established strict standards for nitrogen and phosphorus content in sewage (waste) water treatment effluent. Biological denitrification is the main process of denitrification in sewage (waste) water treatment. [0003] Denitrification denitrification is the reduction of nitrate by denitrifying bacteria under anoxic conditions,...
