Abstract

The invention relates to a reference voltage source circuit, which comprises a starting circuit used for providing a starting current, a first branch circuit and a second branch circuit, wherein the first branch circuit comprises a first P-type MOS tube, a first N-type MOS tube and a second N-type MOS tube; the second branch circuit a second P-type MOS tube and a third N-type MOS tube; the first P-type MOS tube and the second P-type MOS tube form a current mirror, and provides currents in a fixed proportion for the first branch circuit and the second branch circuit; voltage threshold values ofthe first N-type MOS tube and the second N-type MOS tube are different, and a difference between voltages of a gate of the first N-type MOS tube and a source of the second N-type MOS tube generates areference voltage; and the third N-type MOS tube is used for providing bias currents for the first P-type MOS tube and the second P-type MOS tube under the control of the reference voltage. Accordingto the reference voltage source circuit, the core circuit is composed of just 5 MOS tubes without using a differential amplifier, so the whole circuit has low power consumption and simple structure.
